Job Description
Key Responsibilities
● Visit customers and understand their technical and product requirements.
● Generate leads and develop new business opportunities.
● Promote and sell industrial machines, motors, pumps, starters, and related products.
● Provide technical support and product demonstrations to customers.
● Install, commission, inspect, and service machines and equipment.
● Diagnose and troubleshoot electrical and mechanical problems.
● Carry out preventive and breakdown maintenance as required.
● Prepare service reports and maintain necessary documentation.
● Coordinate with the internal sales and service team to ensure timely customer support.
● Basic understanding of electrical wiring, control panels, and troubleshooting
● Basic to good knowledge of electric motors
Educational Qualification
● B.E. / B.Tech in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering
● Diploma in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering Required Skills
● Good communication and customer-handling skills
● Willingness to travel for customer visits and service calls
● Problem-solving and troubleshooting ability
● Positive attitude and willingness to learn
