Job Description
Tender & Business Support Executive – Government/PSU Projects
We are looking for technology-oriented executives to support our Government, PSU and Corporate business development activities.
Excellent computer skills, Good Excel/Word/PDF skills, Ability to understand technical/commercial documents
Responsibilities
Search tenders on GeM, CPPP and other e-procurement portals
Study tender documents
Prepare tender summaries
Check eligibility criteria
Prepare compliance/document checklists
Maintain company credential/document repository
Prepare quotations and proposals
Coordinate with OEMs/distributors for quotations and authorization
Assist in GeM/e-tender submissions
Maintain tender pipeline and deadlines
Use AI tools for research, documentation and tender preparation
Update CRM and management dashboards
