• Maintain and update company records and data

• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reports

• Handle billing, invoices, and documentation

• Coordinate with sales team and managers

• Answer emails and phone calls professionally

• Manage customer records and follow-ups

• Data entry in Excel and company software

• Verify documents and maintain files

• Support accounts and HR team when required

• Ensure work accuracy and timely submission
