Job Description

Business Development Executive (BDE) – Agency ChannelAgent Recruitment & Onboarding: Source, recruit, and onboard POSP advisors and financial agents to expand the agency network.Product Training & Activation: Train partners on multi-asset products (Life Insurance, Health Insurance, Fixed Deposits, and Mutual Funds) and drive monthly active advisor ratios.Sales & Cross-Selling: Drive multi-product distribution through the agent network; conduct joint field visits to close high-ticket client meetings.Partner Support & Operations: Resolve operational issues regarding portal logins, policy issuance, underwriting, and payout reconciliations.Target Achievement: Consistently meet monthly and quarterly revenue targets across all product lines.
