JOB DESCRIPTION – SALES EXECUTIVE
Location: Mulbagal, Kolar, Karnataka
Industry: Biomass Briquettes | B2B Industrial Sales
Experience: 2–15 Years
Salary: ₹30,000 Basic + ₹30,000 or Above Incentive
Job Responsibilities
- Identify and develop new industrial customers for biomass briquettes.
- Generate leads through cold calling, WhatsApp, Google Maps and industrial visits.
- Contact factory managers, purchase managers and boiler operators.
- Conduct customer meetings, negotiate pricing and close sales.
- Develop new business opportunities and maintain customer relationships.
- Achieve monthly sales targets and generate repeat orders.
- Maintain daily sales reports and customer databases.
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of sales experience.
- B2B / Industrial sales experience preferred.
- Biomass, boiler fuel, coal, manufacturing or similar industry experience preferred.
- Strong communication, negotiation and customer acquisition skills.
- Ability to independently generate leads and close business.
- Willingness to travel for customer visits.
We are looking for a result-oriented candidate who can independently develop customers, generate business and achieve sales targets with minimum training.
