Job Description
Key Responsibilities
- Outbound Calling: Make high-volume outbound calls to prospective buyers from cold/warm databases, digital leads, or channel partner lists.
- Project Pitching: Introduce and promote residential or commercial real estate projects, highlighting key selling points, pricing, location advantages, and payment plans.
- Lead Qualification: Assess client budgets, preferences, and timelines to filter serious prospects from general inquiries.
- Site Visit Scheduling: Coordinate and book site visits or face-to-face meetings for the closing/field sales team.
- Follow-Ups: Nurture existing leads through systematic follow-up calls, WhatsApp/email updates, and feedback tracking.
- CRM Management: Log call statuses, update customer profiles, and maintain accurate daily/weekly sales reports in the CRM.
- Objection Handling: Address basic customer queries or concerns regarding property specs, possession timelines, and bank/NBFC auction terms.
