Pratham Finance Consultancy is a financial services consultancy that assists customers with loan-related services through banks and NBFCs.
Job Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to potential customers and generate leads for loan products.
- Explain the company's loan services and eligibility criteria to customers.
- Follow up with interested customers and maintain regular communication.
- Understand customer requirements and connect them with the appropriate sales or loan executive.
- Maintain customer details, call records, and lead information.
- Coordinate with the sales team to ensure timely follow-ups.
- Achieve daily calling targets and lead-generation goals.
- Handle customer queries professionally and politely.
Eligibility Criteria
- Minimum qualification: 12th pass or graduate.
- Freshers and experienced candidates can apply.
- Good communication skills in Hindi, Marathi, and/or English.
- Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with MS Excel are preferred.
- Confidence in speaking with customers over the phone.
Skills Required
- Good verbal communication and convincing skills.
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
- Ability to handle customer objections.
- Customer-focused approach and basic organisational skills.
Working Details
Working Days: Monday to Saturday
Working Hours: 10:30 AM to 7:30 PM
Salary: As per experience and company policy.
