Reporting To: Director / Sales Manager
Job Title :- Inside Sales Executive
- To manage all pre-sales activities, including customer enquiries, technical coordination, quotation preparation, follow-ups, and sales support
- Receive and process customer enquiries through email, telephone, WhatsApp, and the sales team.
- Study customer drawings, specifications, and product requirements.
- Coordinate internally for pricing approvals, margins, discounts, and special commercial terms.
- Follow up with customers on submitted quotations through email and telephone.
- Record enquiry status, quotation value, follow-up dates, customer feedback, expected order dates, and reasons for lost business.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly sales activity reports.
- Good communication skills in English, Marathi & Hindi.
- Ability to understand technical drawings and product specifications will be preferred.
- Strong follow-up, coordination, organization, and time-management skills.
- A proactive approach with a focus on customer service and business conversion.
