Job Description

  • Make outbound calls to prospective and existing customers/candidates.
  • Explain company services, products, and offers clearly and professionally.
  • Generate leads through calling and convert leads into potential business opportunities.
  • Follow up with interested prospects and maintain regular communication.
  • Handle customer queries and provide appropriate information.
  • Maintain daily calling, lead, follow-up, and conversion reports.
  • Update customer/candidate details in Excel, CRM, or other tracking systems.
  • Coordinate with the sales/HR team for further follow-ups and closures.
  • Achieve daily and monthly calling and conversion targets.
  • Maintain a professional and positive attitude while interacting with customers.
