Optifin Advisors is hiring a Capital Market Relationship Executive to join our team in Mumbai.
We are specifically looking for candidates with experience or practical exposure to Stock Broking, Capital Markets, Equity Trading, Demat Accounts, Mutual Funds or related financial services.
⚠️ This is NOT a general Customer Relationship / Telecalling role. Candidates with relevant Capital Market or Stock Broking experience are preferred.
💼 What You'll Do
- Assist clients with Demat account opening and KYC
- Handle client queries related to Equity & Stock Market
- Assist clients with buying and selling shares
- Explain Market, Limit & Stop-Loss orders
- Guide clients through IPO applications
- Assist clients with Mutual Fund investments & SIPs
- Explain basic MTF (Margin Trading Facility)
- Assist clients with bank detail changes and account-related requests
- Maintain regular client follow-ups
- Build and maintain strong client relationships
- Coordinate with internal teams to resolve client queries
🎯 Who We're Looking For
Minimum 6 months of relevant experience in:
✔ Capital Markets
✔ Equity / Share Market
✔ Wealth Management
✔ Financial Services
✔ Demat / Trading Operations
✔ Mutual Fund / Investment Services
⭐ Skills Required
- Good understanding of Equity & Stock Market basics
- Knowledge of Demat & Trading Accounts
- Understanding of Market, Limit & Stop-Loss Orders
- Basic knowledge of IPO, Mutual Funds, SIP & MTF
- Strong communication and client-handling skills
- Good follow-up and relationship management skills
- Ability to explain financial products clearly to clients
