Job SummaryThe Supervisor / Inspection Executive will oversee the inspection, packaging, dispatch, and distribution of educational materials to ensure timely and accurate delivery. The role involves coordinating logistics operations, maintaining quality standards, supervising dispatch activities, and ensuring compliance with organizational procedures.

• Key ResponsibilitiesSupervise the receipt, storage, inspection, and dispatch of educational materials.
• Verify the quantity, quality, and accuracy of materials before dispatch.
• Monitor packing and labeling activities to ensure compliance with dispatch requirements.
• Coordinate with warehouses, transporters, vendors, and internal departments for smooth logistics operations.
• Maintain dispatch records, inventory reports, and tracking documentation.
• Ensure timely delivery of materials to schools, institutions, or designated locations.
• Conduct inspections to identify damages, shortages, or discrepancies and take corrective actions.
• Track shipments and resolve delivery-related issues.
• Monitor stock levels and assist in inventory management.
• Ensure adherence to safety, quality, and organizational standards.
• Prepare periodic logistics and dispatch performance reports.
• Required QualificationsBachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Relevant experience in logistics, warehouse operations, dispatch management, or quality inspection.
• Knowledge of inventory management and dispatch documentation.
• Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
• Familiarity with ERP or Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) is an added advantage.
• Skills Required: Strong organizational and supervisory skills.
• Excellent attention to detail and quality control.
• Good communication and coordination abilities.
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
• Ability to work under deadlines and manage multiple tasks.
• Preferred Experience2–5 years of experience in logistics, dispatch, warehouse supervision, or inspection-related roles.
• Experience handling educational materials, publications, books, or institutional supplies will be preferred.
