Job SummaryWe are looking for an energetic and target-oriented Field Sales Executive to promote and sell Exide batteries and 2-wheeler spare parts to retailers, mechanics, battery dealers, workshops, and other channel partners.

The candidate will be responsible for developing new customers, managing existing accounts, achieving sales targets, collecting payments, and increasing product availability and visibility in the assigned territory.

• Key ResponsibilitiesVisit 2-wheeler spare-parts shops, battery dealers, garages, mechanics, and workshops regularly.
• Sell and promote Exide 2-wheeler batteries and related spare parts.
• Generate new customers and develop strong relationships with existing customers.
• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
• Take orders, prepare quotations where required, and ensure timely order fulfillment.
• Follow up on outstanding payments and maintain healthy customer accounts.
• Identify new market opportunities and expand the customer base.
• Monitor competitor products, pricing, offers, and market activities.
• Explain product features, benefits, warranty terms, and suitable battery applications to customers.
• Maintain regular visit schedules and submit daily/weekly sales reports.
• Coordinate with the office, warehouse, and delivery team to ensure smooth order execution.
• Maintain proper records of customers, orders, collections, and market visits.
• Requirements1–3 years of experience in field sales, automobile parts, batteries, or 2-wheeler spare parts preferred.
• Good knowledge of the local market and 2-wheeler workshops/dealers.
• Good communication and negotiation skills.
• Ability to build and maintain customer relationships.
• Self-motivated and comfortable working independently in the field.
• Basic knowledge of smartphones, WhatsApp, and sales reporting.
• Valid two-wheeler driving licence and own vehicle preferred.
• Willingness to travel within the assigned territory.

CompensationSalary: ₹25000 to ₹30000 per month

Incentives: Performance-based sales incentives

Travel Allowance: As per company policy
