Office Executive (Female) Required in Ghatkopar.
We are an Industrial Automation Company engaged in specialised products and projects.
We require Admin Executive with good spoken English, Basic in MS Office & Excel, and good communication skills.
Starting salary - Rs. 12,000/- per month. Freshers acceptable.

- Greet visitors in a professional manner.
- Answer phone calls and direct callers to the appropriate party.
- Making Quotations and Invoices and Challans.
- Handling Enquiries and keeping the customer updated.
- Perform other administrative support tasks, including updating and sorting files, drafting and proofreading correspondence, and conducting research.
- Excellent organizational skills, ability to prioritize, and comfortable working independently.
- Strong attention to details.
- Proficient computer skills and ability to operate general office equipment.
