Job Description

Junior Accounts Executive – Real EstateExperience: 1–3 Years

Industry: Real Estate / Construction

Key Responsibilities:

  • Cheque preparation & payment processing – Top Priority
  • Maintain Cheque Issue / PDC Register and payment records.
  • Verify vendor bills, invoices, POs & supporting documents.
  • Vendor ledger maintenance & reconciliation.
  • Bank entries & Bank Reconciliation (BRS).
  • Daily accounting entries in Tally.
  • Basic GST & TDS working and documentation.
  • Maintain petty cash, vouchers and expense records.
  • Coordinate with Purchase & Site teams for bills and payments.
  • Maintain proper filing of invoices and accounts documents.

Skills: Tally, MS Excel, basic GST/TDS knowledge & good accounting accuracy.
