Job Description
1. Lead Generation – Identify potential customers and generate new business opportunities.
2. Customer Relationship Management – Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and new customers.
3. Product or Service Presentation – Explain product features, benefits, pricing, and services to customers.
4. Sales Target Achievement – Meet or exceed monthly and annual sales targets.
5. Negotiation and Closing Sales – Negotiate prices and terms, handle objections, and convert leads into sales.
6. Market Research and Competitor Analysis – Monitor market trends, customer needs, and competitors’ activities.
7. Sales Reporting and Follow-Up – Maintain sales records, prepare reports, follow up with prospects, and ensure customer satisfaction.
Key objective: To increase company revenue, acquire new customers, and maintain long-term customer relationships.
