Job Description
- Identify and acquire new corporate clients requiring recruitment services.
- Generate leads through cold calling, LinkedIn, email, WhatsApp and other channels.
- Connect with Founders, CEOs, HR Heads, Talent Acquisition Managers and decision-makers.
- Convert leads into active recruitment assignments and close business deals.
- Build and maintain a strong sales pipeline with regular follow-ups.
- Develop long-term client relationships and generate repeat business.
- Coordinate with the recruitment team to understand hiring requirements and ensure client satisfaction.
- Achieve monthly targets for new clients, recruitment mandates and revenue generation.
- Maintain daily activity reports, lead records and follow-up status in CRM or Excel.
