Hiring: HR Executive – Recruitment & Onboarding
📍 Location: Pan India
🕒 Experience: 1 Year
⏰ Working Hours: 11:00 AM – 7:00 PM (6 Days Working)
⚡ Immediate Joiners Preferred
🏢 Industry: QSR / Retail / Hospitality
We are looking for an HR professional with strong experience in *bulk hiring and pan-India recruitment*.
*Role Split:*
🔹 70% Recruitment (bulk hiring, walk-ins, sourcing, closures)
🔹 30% Onboarding & HR Operations
*Key Responsibilities:*
✔ End-to-end recruitment for frontline roles
✔ Manage bulk hiring drives across locations
✔ Coordinate interviews & close positions within timelines
✔ Handle onboarding, documentation & induction
✔ Maintain recruitment MIS & reports
*Eligibility:*
🎓 Graduate with HR experience / MBA / Diploma in HR
✔ 1 year of relevant experience
✔ Experience in high-volume hiring (QSR preferred)
