📢 WE ARE HIRING! – HR & RECRUITMENT OPERATIONS
📍 Location: Thane Office
💰 Salary: ₹25,000 – ₹27,000 Net Take-Home/Month
📋 Engagement: Temporary initially | Annual renewal based on business requirements
🔹 KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
* Interview coordination & candidate follow-ups
* Offer documentation & onboarding support
* HR Operations & employee documentation
* Maintaining trackers, MIS & reports
* Stakeholder coordination
* Recruitment & HR Operations support
* Other day-to-day HR activities
🔹 KEY REQUIREMENTS
✅ Good communication skills
✅ Functional understanding of Recruitment & HR Operations
✅ Strong stakeholder management skills
✅ Good knowledge of Microsoft Excel
✅ Good coordination & follow-up skills
✅ Ability to manage multiple activities
⭐ Preference: Candidates with prior Recruitment/HR Operations experience.
