We are looking for an experienced Europe Work Permit & Employer Relations Manager to develop European employer partnerships, identify genuine job opportunities, build recruitment networks, and guide our team on work permit and immigration processes across Europe.

About the Role we are looking for an experienced Europe Work Permit & Employer Relations Manager to develop and manage our European work-permit and international recruitment business.
The successful candidate will be responsible for identifying genuine employment opportunities across European countries, developing relationships with European employers and recruitment agencies, understanding employer-sponsored work permit routes, and coordinating with immigration professionals to develop compliant recruitment pathways for Indian candidates.
This role is particularly suitable for someone who has hands-on experience with European work permits, employer sponsorship, overseas recruitment or European immigration processes and has an existing network of employers, recruitment agencies, lawyers or immigration professionals in Europe.
- Key Responsibilities 1. European Employer Development identify genuine European employers who recruit non-EU workers.
- Build and maintain relationships with employers across Europe.
- Contact companies regarding their foreign-worker recruitment requirements.
- Understand employer requirements, job vacancies, salaries, qualifications and experience requirements.
- Develop long-term recruitment partnerships with European employers.
- Negotiate recruitment terms, service agreements and business partnerships where appropriate.
- 2. Work Permit & Immigration Research research work permit and employer sponsorship options across European countries.
- Understand country-specific eligibility requirements and procedures.
- Track changes in immigration, employment and work-permit regulations.
- Coordinate with qualified immigration lawyers and local professionals when specialist legal advice is required.
- Ensure that work-permit information provided to the company is properly verified and current.
- Identify practical and legally compliant recruitment pathways for Indian workers.
- 3. International Recruitment identify sectors and occupations with demand for foreign workers.
- Develop employer requirements for skilled and semi-skilled positions.
- Coordinate with our India recruitment team to source suitable candidates.
- Assist in screening candidates against employer requirements.
- Coordinate interviews between European employers and candidates.
- Follow the recruitment process from vacancy identification through candidate selection and work-permit processing.
4. European Recruitment Network develop and maintain a strong professional network of:
- European employers
- Recruitment agencies
- Immigration lawyers
- Employment consultants
- HR professionals
- Relocation companies
- Industry associations
- Other relevant European business partners
5. Country & Market DevelopmentResearch and develop opportunities in European markets including, but not limited to:
- Germany
- Poland
- Portugal
- Italy
- Greece
- Croatia
- Romania
- Hungary
- Czech Republic
- Lithuania
- Latvia
- Malta
- Other suitable European markets
The candidate should identify which countries and sectors have genuine demand for international workers and help the company develop appropriate recruitment programs.
6. Employer Verification an important part of the role will be verifying the authenticity and suitability of potential employers.
Responsibilities include:
- Checking employer information.
- Verifying job vacancies.
- Understanding the employer's ability to legally employ foreign workers.
- Checking employment conditions and requirements.
- Identifying potential recruitment risks.
- Coordinating with legal professionals where necessary.
- Maintaining records of verified employers and vacancies.
- 7. Business Development develop new European recruitment and work-permit opportunities.
- Generate new employer partnerships.
- Participate in online and international business meetings.
- Attend relevant recruitment, immigration and business networking events.
- Prepare proposals and partnership presentations.
- Maintain regular communication with European partners.
- Help develop new services based on genuine market demand.
Candidate Profile- we are looking for someone who has practical knowledge of the European employment and immigration environment.
- Preferred Experience 3+ years of experience in European immigration, overseas recruitment, work permits, employer sponsorship or international recruitment.
- Experience working directly with European employers or recruitment agencies.
- Knowledge of European work-permit procedures.
- Experience in foreign-worker recruitment.
- Existing European professional network will be a strong advantage.
- Experience working with immigration lawyers or regulated immigration professionals is preferred.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Good written and spoken English.
- Ability to independently research and verify information.
- Strong business development and relationship-management skills.
Important: This Is Not a Visa Sales Position we are not primarily looking for someone whose experience is limited to selling visa packages to clients.
