Job Description
- Job Responsibilities
- Prepare and maintain bills, invoices, and other billing-related documents.
- Handle day-to-day back-office and billing activities.
- Maintain proper records and documentation.
- Prepare and maintain Excel reports and data.
- Coordinate with internal departments for billing-related information.
- Draft and send basic professional emails.
- Ensure accuracy in billing entries and documentation.
- Perform other administrative and back-office tasks as assigned.
- Required SkillsGood knowledge of MS Office, especially MS Excel and MS Word.
- Basic knowledge of billing and invoicing.
- Good typing and data-entry skills.
- Basic English communication and writing skills.
- Ability to draft professional emails.
- Good attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to coordinate with different departments.
- Candidates should be responsible, organized, and willing to learn.
