Job Summary: We are looking for a dynamic and versatile professional to join our team as a Operations Executive + Marketing & Sales Coordinator. The ideal candidate will play a key role in supporting and executing marketing initiatives, coordinating sales activities, and contributing to overall business growth. This position requires a highly organized individual with excellent communication skills and a strong understanding of marketing principles. The successful candidate will collaborate with internal teams and external partners to ensure the smooth execution of campaigns and sales strategies.

• Key Responsibilities:

1. Operations Management:

• Assist in daily operational tasks including logistics, procurement, and administration.
• Monitor workflow efficiency and help optimize processes.
• Support vendor and client coordination activities.
• Maintain accurate documentation and records related to operations.
• Generate and analyze operational reports for performance tracking.

2. Marketing & Sales:

• Assist in planning and executing marketing campaigns (digital & offline).
• Manage social media platforms and create content calendars.
• Coordinate with design and content teams for promotional materials.
• Handle client inquiries and follow up on sales leads.
• Help prepare sales proposals and presentations.
• Maintain CRM systems and track customer engagement metrics.
• Need to do Field + Inside Sales.
