Audit And Accounts Manager

Key Responsibilities

Handle day-to-day finance operations.

Manage GST, TDS, Income Tax and other statutory compliance activities.

Maintain and reconcile general ledger, bank, customer and vendor accounts.

Prepare monthly, quarterly and annual financial statements.

Manage month-end and year-end closing activities.

Prepare audit schedules and coordinate with auditors for internal, statutory and tax audits.

Ensure proper accounting records and compliance with applicable accounting and tax requirements.

Review accounting entries and ensure accuracy of financial data.

Supervise, guide and support junior accounting team members.

Prepare MIS reports and other financial reports as required by management.

Qualifications & Skills

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance or Commerce; CA/CA Inter will be an added advantage.

4+ years of experience in accounting and finance.

Good knowledge of GST, TDS and Income Tax.

Strong knowledge of finalization of accounts and financial reporting.

Good working knowledge of Tally Prime / Tally ERP and ERP systems.

Advanced knowledge of MS Excel.

Ability to manage accounting activities independently and meet deadlines.
