HIRING – FARM LOAN TELECALLERCompany: Pace Setters
Position: Farm Loan Telecaller
Location: Bhandup West, Mumbai
- Salary & IncentivesGujarati Candidates: ₹18,000 CTC
- In-Hand Salary: ₹17,650
- Performance Incentive: ₹3,000 – ₹7,000
- Incentives are based on individual performance and target achievement.
- Job DetailsQualification: Minimum 10th Pass
- Experience: Freshers can apply
- Preferred Language: Gujarati & Hindi
- Working Days: 6 Days a Week
- Working Hours: 9:30 AM to 7:00 PM
- Location: Bhandup West
- Roles & ResponsibilitiesMake outbound calls to customers regarding farm loan products.
- Explain loan products, eligibility criteria and basic documentation requirements.
- Identify interested customers and generate qualified leads.
- Understand customer requirements and provide relevant information.
- Follow up with prospective customers regularly.
- Maintain accurate records of calls, leads and follow-ups.
- Coordinate with the sales/loan team for further processing.
- Achieve assigned daily and monthly calling targets.
- Maintain professional communication with customers.
- Candidate ProfileMinimum 10th Pass.
- Freshers are welcome.
- Good communication skills in Gujarati and Hindi.
- Majority requirement is for Gujarati-speaking candidates.
- Candidates should be comfortable with outbound calling and target-based work.
- Positive attitude and willingness to earn performance incentives.
