Accounts Manager

We are fast-growing lab-grown diamond jewellery startup building a modern jewellery brand across retail and online channels. As we continue to expand, we are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Finance Executive to join our growing Finance team.

Key Responsibilities

•Own end-to-end accounting and maintenance of books of accounts.

•Manage day-to-day accounting operations with strong hands-on expertise in Tally.

•Manage sales, purchases, expenses, inventory, receivables, and payables.

•Handle bank, cash, vendor, and customer reconciliations.

•Own GST, TDS, and other applicable statutory compliance.

•Coordinate with auditors, consultants, and internal teams.

•Manage monthly closing and MIS reporting.

•Prepare, analyse, and present financial reports using Excel.

•Monitor cash flow, receivables, and payables.

•Establish, implement, and improve finance processes and internal controls.

•Identify accounting discrepancies, financial leakages, and process gaps.

•Ensure accuracy, completeness, and timely closure of financial transactions.

•Support management with financial insights and reports for business decision-making.

What We're Looking For

•4+ years of relevant experience in Finance & Accounting.

•Strong hands-on knowledge of Tally.

•Strong knowledge of GST, TDS, and statutory compliance.

•Good understanding of accounting principles and financial statements.

•Strong Excel skills, including Pivot Tables, XLOOKUP/VLOOKUP, SUMIFS, reconciliations, and financial reporting.

•Experience independently managing complete books of accounts.

•Experience in retail, D2C, e-commerce, jewellery, or inventory-heavy businesses will be an advantage.

•Strong ownership and accountability.

•Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving ability.

Ability to identify discrepancies, process gaps, and financial leakages.

•Comfortable working in a fast-paced and evolving startup environment

•Ability to manage multiple priorities and work under pressure.
