About the Role:

Mosambee is looking for an experienced and proactive Team Leader to manage POS deployment and service operations. The ideal candidate should have strong leadership skills, operational expertise, and experience handling field teams in fintech or POS operations.

Key Responsibilities:

* Ensure POS terminals across the assigned area/state/city are deployed and serviced as per SLA standards (95%+ uptime).

* Oversee installation, configuration, and successful handover of new POS deployments.

* Monitor daily/weekly reports for faulty POS devices and coordinate returns to Head Office for repairs.

* Lead and supervise Field Technicians, Deployment Officers, and Support Officers across the region.

* Manage attendance, field schedules, and route planning to ensure maximum operational coverage.

* Maintain accurate inventory records for deployed, in-stock, under-repair, and decommissioned POS terminals.

* Coordinate with HO/vendors for timely replacement units and spare parts.

* Prepare and submit daily, weekly, and monthly service performance reports to management.

Eligibility Criteria:

🎓 Education: Any Graduate

💼 Experience:

* 2–3 years in POS operations, field services, or fintech industry

* Minimum 2 years of team handling/supervisory experience

Required Skills:

* Good knowledge of MS Excel and reporting tools

* Strong leadership and team management skills

* Ability to work under pressure and achieve targets

* Excellent planning, scheduling, and resource allocation skills
