New York Burrito Company is a fast-growing vegetarian Quick Service Restaurant (QSR) brand with 12

outlets across Mumbai and is now expanding its presence across India.

We are looking for a Team Leader to work on the shop floor and handle food assembly, billing, customer

service, online orders and day-to-day outlet activities.

Key Responsibilities

• Assemble food orders as per customer requirements and company standards.
• Greet and attend to customers, take orders and understand their requirements.
• Assemble food orders as per customer requirements and company standards, including prescribed ingredients, sauces, fillings and portions.
• Handle billing, POS (Point of Sale) transactions and cash/card/online payments accurately.
• Process orders through online delivery agregators and generate KOT (Kitchen Order Ticket).
• Ensure TAT (Turnaround Time) for delivery.
• Maintain food quality, portion control, service as per SOPs (Standard Operating Procedures).
• Maintain cleanliness, hygiene and overall upkeep of the outlet.
• Maintain required ingredients, sauces, packaging and other supplies; follow FIFO (First In, First Out) / FEFO (First Expiry, First Out) and minimize wastage.
• Support the team during peak hours and assist with opening, closing and other day-to-day outlet activities.
• Follow the Outlet Manager's instructions, company policies and SOPs,

Candidate Profile·        

2–5 years of experience in QSR, restaurant, retail or hospitality operations.

·        Hands-on experience in QSR food assembly, billing and outlet operations preferred.

·        Good customer service and communication skills.

·        Comfortable handling POS and online food-ordering platforms.

·        Ability to work in a fast-paced outlet environment.

·        QSR/restaurant experience will be preferred.
