About the RoleWe are looking for an energetic and responsible Supervisor to manage day-to-day operations at Play N Learn, ensuring excellent guest experience, smooth floor operations, team coordination, safety, and achievement of business targets.

• Key ResponsibilitiesSupervise daily operations of the Play N Learn center and ensure smooth functioning of all activities.
• Lead, guide, and motivate Fun Buddies / Guest Service Associates / Team Members.
• Ensure excellent customer service and maintain high guest satisfaction.
• Manage customer entry, bookings, birthday parties, activities, and floor operations.
• Ensure all play areas, equipment, and activity zones are clean, safe, and properly maintained.
• Monitor children’s safety and ensure all safety procedures are strictly followed.
• Handle customer queries, complaints, feedback, and service recovery professionally.
• Conduct team briefings and allocate duties according to operational requirements.
• Monitor attendance, grooming, punctuality, and discipline of team members.
• Coordinate with the Kitchen/Café team for food and beverage operations where applicable.
• Monitor sales, memberships, party bookings, and other operational KPIs.
• Ensure proper cash handling, billing, POS procedures, and daily documentation.
• Maintain required operational checklists, reports, and inventory records.
• Coordinate with mall management, security, housekeeping, maintenance, and other support teams.
• Ensure company SOPs, hygiene standards, and operational guidelines are followed.
• Support birthday parties, events, promotions, and special activities.
• Identify operational issues and escalate them to the management promptly.
• Train new team members and ensure they understand SOPs and service standards.
• Candidate RequirementsExperience: 2–4 years in hospitality, QSR, retail, entertainment, kids' activity centers, or customer service operations.
• Previous experience in a supervisory/team-leading role preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Good customer handling and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to manage a team and work in a fast-paced environment.
• Good understanding of basic sales, cash handling, and operational procedures.
• Presentable personality with strong grooming standards.
• Comfortable working on weekends, holidays, and rotational shifts.
• Experience in a mall-based operation or family entertainment center will be an advantage.

EducationMinimum: 12th Pass

Preferred: Graduate in Hospitality, Hotel Management, Business Management, or a related field.

CompensationSalary: As per experience and company standards
