🚀 3-MONTH BYT TRAINING
Duration: 3 Months

⭐ NEXT STEP: DEPUTY STORE MANAGER
High-performing BYT Trainees can progress to Deputy Store Manager (DSM) based on their training performance.
DSM Elevation Allowance: ₹3,000 per month
📈 DSM DEVELOPMENT PROGRAM
Duration: 3–6 Months
Develop the skills required to lead a Bata store through:
Leadership | Business Management | People Development | Customer Excellence | Performance Management
You will receive structured coaching, mentoring and regular performance reviews throughout the journey.

💰 COMPENSATION
Annual compensation can reach up to ₹5 LPA upon successful progression to Store Manager, along with long-term career growth opportunities within Bata.
