• Key ResponsibilitiesProvide comprehensive nursing care to critically ill patients in the ICU.
• Monitor vital signs, cardiac rhythms, oxygen saturation, and other clinical parameters.
• Administer medications, IV fluids, injections, and treatments as prescribed.
• Operate and monitor ICU equipment including ventilators, infusion pumps, and monitors.
• Assist doctors during emergency procedures and critical interventions.
• Maintain accurate patient records, nursing notes, and medication charts.
• Follow infection-control, patient-safety, and hospital protocols.
• Respond promptly to medical emergencies and changes in patient condition.
• Communicate effectively with doctors, patients, and their attendants.
• Ensure proper handover and takeover of patients between shifts.
• EligibilityGNM / B.Sc. Nursing qualification.
• Valid Nursing Council registration.
• ICU/Critical Care experience preferred.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work rotational shifts and handle emergency situations.
