Social Media Manager

As a Social Media Manager, you will be responsible for handling all of our social media platforms, with a focus on Instagram.

Responsibilities:

• Create and curate visually appealing and engaging content for social media platforms, including photos and videos featuring our jewellery
• Manage and monitor social media accounts, including responding to customer inquiries, comments, and direct messages in a timely and professional manner
• Collaborate with marketing and creative teams to develop and execute marketing campaigns
• Analyse and report on social media metrics and adjust strategies accordingly
• Be willing to help out with other tasks as needed in a startup environment

Requirements:

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact with customers and colleagues in a professional manner
• Strong organisational and time management skills, with the ability to multitask and prioritise tasks in a fast-paced environment
• Experience in modeling is a plus
• Passionate about fashion
