Senior HR Recruiter

Job Role – Recruitment & Talent Acquisition

- Manage end-to-end recruitment and talent acquisition activities.

- Understand manpower requirements from different departments.

- Source candidates through Naukri, LinkedIn, Indeed, referrals, consultants and other channels.

- Screen CVs and conduct initial candidate assessments.

- Schedule and coordinate interviews with department heads.

- Conduct initial HR interviews and coordinate selection processes.

- Manage salary discussions and offer negotiations.

- Prepare and issue offer letters after approval.

- Follow up with selected candidates until joining.

- Coordinate joining formalities and onboarding.

- Maintain candidate database and recruitment pipeline.

- Track open positions and ensure timely closure.

- Maintain recruitment MIS and hiring reports.

- Coordinate with recruitment consultants and external hiring agencies.

- Develop talent pools for current and future requirements.

- Support employee referral and employer branding initiatives.

- Ensure recruitment within approved manpower and salary budgets.

- Monitor recruitment KPIs such as Time-to-Hire, Cost-per-Hire, Offer Acceptance and Joining Ratio.
