Job Role: Senior Accountant (Immediate Joiners Required)

About the Role

We are looking for a smart, reliable, and detail-oriented Accounts & Finance Executive who can independently manage accounting operations, compliance work, and administrative coordination. The ideal candidate should have strong practical knowledge of Tally, taxation, financial reporting, and accounting finalization.

This role requires someone who is proactive, organized, and capable of working closely with management while handling multiple responsibilities efficiently.

Key Responsibilities

Accounts & Finance

• Complete accounting in Tally ERP
• Accounts finalization and preparation of financial reports
• GST calculations, reconciliations, and return filings
• TDS calculations, reconciliations, and return filings
• Ledger scrutiny and bank reconciliations
• Cash flow preparation and fund management
• Budgeting and MIS reporting
• Billing, invoicing, E-invoicing and debtor collections
• Vendor bill processing and payment management
• Salary processing and voucher entries
• Petty cash handling and financial controls
• Coordination with auditors and consultants
• Preparation of financial and data reports for relevant authorities/agencies
• Assistance to management
• Sales Purchase, Reciept Payment, Journal Entries

Candidate Requirements

• Graduate/Post Graduate / Inter CA / CA qualification preferred
• Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience in:
• Tally Accounting
• Accounts Finalization
• GST & TDS Return Filings
• MIS, Reconciliation, Sales Purchase, Receipt Payment, E-invoicing
• Ability to independently manage accounts and related administrative work
• Strong knowledge of MS Excel and MS Word
• Good English communication and correspondence skills
• Candidate should be based in Mumbai or nearby areas
• Age preferred: Up to 35 years
• Strong organizational, analytical, and multitasking abilities
• Ability to work efficiently in coordination with management and team members

Office Timings

• Monday to Saturday 9:30 AM to 6:30 PM/ 10 AM TO 7 PM
• 2 and 4 Saturdays off
