Job Description
About the RoleToy Kingdom is looking for a driven and relationship-focused B2B Sales Executive to grow our wholesale business. You'll be responsible for developing partnerships with retailers, distributors, and other trade accounts — expanding our footprint and driving revenue through strategic account management and new business development.
- Key ResponsibilitiesIdentify, prospect, and onboard new wholesale/retail trade accounts
- Manage and grow relationships with existing B2B clients (retailers, distributors, resellers)
- Present product ranges, catalogues, and seasonal collections to buyers and procurement teams
- Negotiate pricing, terms, and bulk order agreements within company guidelines
- Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets across assigned accounts/territory
- Prepare and deliver sales proposals, quotations, and account plans
- Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and customer needs to identify growth opportunities
- Coordinate with logistics, supply chain, and customer service teams to ensure smooth order fulfillment
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions, pipeline, and forecasts in the CRM
- Attend trade shows, toy fairs, and industry events to generate leads and represent the brand
- Resolve account-level issues (order discrepancies, returns, credit terms) professionally
