E-Commerce & Digital Marketing Executive

Location: Vile Parle West, Mumbai
Experience: 1–3 Years
Employment: Full-Time Job Timing - 10.00am to 7.30pm
Working Days: 6 Days
Reporting To: Senior Manager – Merchandising
Job Summary We are looking for a proactive to manage website operations, product listings, online orders, digital marketing, and content activities.
E-Commerce & Website Content Executive
- Key ResponsibilitiesManage website, product listings, pricing, stock, banners, and content.
- Handle online orders, COD, returns, RTOs, and abandoned carts.
- Coordinate with IT, shipping, payment, warehouse, and other teams.
- Prepare sales, website, product, and operational reports.
- Manage Meta Ads and coordinate Instagram/social media activities.
- Coordinate SMS/RCS campaigns, training content, videos, and AI-generated content.
- Resolve website, API, payment gateway, and technical issues with relevant teams.
- Skills RequiredE-commerce & website management
- WordPress and social media knowledge
- Meta Ads
- Excel and reporting
- COD, payment gateways & Shiprocket
- Basic understanding of APIs
- Good communication, content writing, coordination, and problem-solving skills
- EligibilityBachelor's degree in any discipline.
- 1–3 years of relevant experience.
- Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
