Job Description

Lead Generation: Source new prospective buyers or investors via cold calling, networking, and digital campaigns.

Client Consultations: Understand client requirements, budget limits, and property preferences to pitch suitable residential or commercial projects.

Site Visits: Organize and accompany clients on property tours, highlighting key features, amenities, and neighborhood advantages.

Negotiation & Closing: Negotiate pricing, payment plans, and contract terms to successfully close deals.

CRM Management: Update daily activity logs, track pipeline progress, and submit periodic sales reports to management.
