JD – Production Manager

Location: Goregaon (East), Mumbai

Experience: 3+ years

Working Days: 6 days a week (Monday to Saturday)

Key Skills and Requirements:

 Operate and maintain screen printing, DTG (Direct-to-Garment), DTP (Direct-to-Print)

 Prepare garments and other merchandise for printing (loading, pretreating, aligning,

etc.).

 Inspect products throughout production to ensure alignment, color accuracy, and print

quality.

 Organize and prioritize production schedules based on daily/weekly orders.

 Package, label, and prepare finished products for shipping.

 Track and report order completion and inventory usage

 Check all printed items for defects, misprints, and inconsistencies

 Ensure each order meets company and client quality standards before dispatch

 Maintain a clean and organized production area.

 Perform routine maintenance on machines and report any issues or downtime.

Requirement:

 Previous experience in a production, screen printing, or custom merchandise

environment (preferred but not required — training provided).

 Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.

 Basic computer literacy (MS Excel and Tally).

 Excellent time management and organizational skills
