Presales Executive

Role Overview

We are looking for confident and enthusiastic Telecaller / Pre-Sales Executives to join our Real Estate Sales Team. The role involves calling prospective customers from the provided database, understanding their requirements, inviting them for face-to-face meetings/site visits, and maintaining regular follow-ups.

Key Responsibilities

- Call prospective customers from the provided database and introduce the project.

- Understand customer requirements and generate interest in the project.

- Invite and coordinate customers for face-to-face meetings and site visits.

- Follow up with leads and customers regularly.

- Take feedback from customers after meetings/site visits.

- Maintain and update lead details, follow-ups and customer feedback.

- Coordinate with the sales/closing team for further customer engagement.

- Handle customer queries professionally.

- Achieve daily/weekly calling and lead-conversion targets.

Requirements

- Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.

- Confident, presentable and customer-friendly personality.

- Comfortable with telecalling and face-to-face customer interaction.

- Good follow-up and coordination skills.

- Basic knowledge of MS Office/CRM will be an advantage.

- Freshers and experienced candidates are eligible to apply.

- Real estate/telecalling/pre-sales experience will be an added advantage.
