Position: Part-Time Telecaller / Recruitment Telecaller
Work Mode: Office
Job Type: Part-Time
- 💼 ResponsibilitiesMake calls to candidates from provided databases.
- Explain available job openings, salary, location and eligibility.
- Screen candidates based on basic requirements.
- Follow up with interested candidates.
- Schedule interviews and coordinate with the recruitment team.
- Maintain daily calling and candidate follow-up records.
- Achieve daily calling and interview-generation targets.
- 🎓 RequirementsFreshers can apply.
- Good Hindi/English communication required.
- Marathi communication will be an advantage.
- Basic knowledge of smartphones/WhatsApp and calling.
- Candidates with telecalling, recruitment or BPO experience preferred.
💰 Salary₹6,000 – ₹10,000/month depending on working hours and experience.
Incentives: Additional incentives can be provided based on performance/placements.
⏰ Working Hours4–5 hours per day
Flexible shift can be discussed.
