Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site/hybrid/Remote Recruiter role based in Goregaon, Mumbai. The Recruiter will be responsible for managing end-to-end recruitment processes, which include sourcing candidates through multiple channels, screening resumes, conducting initial interviews, coordinating with hiring managers, and maintaining candidate databases. The role also involves building strong relationships with both clients and candidates, providing insights to improve hiring strategies, and ensuring an exceptional recruitment experience for all stakeholders.

Requirements and Qualifications for the role

·      1-3 yrs of recruiting experience in both IT and Non- IT space with placement firms

·      Must have - expertise in using Naukri, LinkedIn for Head hunting and

Knowledge of alternate sources of hiring,

·      Proficiency in Sourcing, Screening, and Shortlisting candidates

·      Skilled in Interview Coordination and Candidate Assessment

·      Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients and candidates

·      Attention to detail in documentation and data management

·      Knowledge of recruitment strategies for IT and non-IT sectors

·      Excellent verbal and written communication skills

·      Experience in mid to senior-level recruiting is preferred

·      Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred (not mandatory)

·      Immediate Joiners will be given preference.

Remuneration- Fixed plus Incentive on closures ( as per industry standards)

Work Days- Monday to Friday (10 am to 6 pm), On Saturdays if work demands

Work Mode- Hybrid or Remote
