Hiring: QSR Outlet ManagerLocation: Infiniti Mall, Malad West, Mumbai

We are looking for a responsible, energetic, and customer-oriented QSR Outlet Manager who can independently manage the overall outlet operations while actively handling sales at the front counter.

• Key ResponsibilitiesManage the overall day-to-day operations of the QSR outlet.
• Attend to customers, take orders, handle billing, and drive sales at the front counter.
• Communicate confidently with customers in English.
• Manage staff duties, attendance, discipline, and daily work allocation.
• Handle opening and closing procedures, including basic stock checks and inventory management.
• Monitor stock availability, wastage, cleanliness, and hygiene standards.
• Ensure smooth operations during peak hours and provide excellent customer service.
• Maintain daily sales records and coordinate with the management.
• Candidate RequirementsPrevious experience in QSR, fast food, restaurant, or food outlet operations is preferred.
• Good spoken English and strong customer-handling skills.
• Basic knowledge of stock opening/closing, inventory, and outlet closing procedures.
• Ability to manage staff and take responsibility for the outlet independently.
• Must be comfortable with both managerial responsibilities and front-counter sales.
• Honest, punctual, presentable, and customer-focused.
