Job Description

Following are the key responsibilities -

  • Nanny sourcing and screening: Post openings, reach out to candidates, and run first-round calls to check experience, availability, and expected pay
  • Onboarding and verification: Collect documents, coordinate background and reference checks, and brief new nannies on MAAI’s standards before their first assignment.
  • Customer inquiries and matching: Respond to new customer leads
  • Customer support: Be the first point of contact for customer issues
  • Nanny support: Handle nannies’ queries on schedules, payments, and assignment changes, and act as the go-to person for any on-the-job concerns.
  • Tracking and feedback: Maintain records of candidates, placements, and open tickets, collect customer feedback after placements, and send you a weekly summary of patterns or recurring issues.
