Note: We are looking for a profile with experience in a customer support role


•⁠ ⁠Making Outbound Calls For The Client And Managing Incoming Calls And Inquiries

•⁠ ⁠Initiating A Detailed Verification Call Of The Lead With The Basic Information

•⁠ ⁠Passing On Maximum Verified Leads with set appointments to the client's sales team

•⁠ ⁠Keep Records Of Customer Interactions And Transactions, Details Of Enquiries And Comments, As Well As Actions Taken.

•⁠ ⁠Follow Up To Ensure That Appropriate Actions Are Taken Incordination With The Client's Sales Team, To Close The Deal With The Leads

•⁠ ⁠Keeping An Close Eye On Every Lead Status And Having Constant Communication With The Client's Sales Team With Regular/Weekly Calls
