Mobilization Executive

Job Title: Mobilization Executive (Education Company)

Job Summary:

We are looking for an energetic and result-oriented Mobilization Executive to promote our education and skill development courses such as *Banking, Finance and Insurance {BFSI* . The candidate will be responsible for generating student leads through meeting the college authorities, conduct seminars, work shops.

Key Responsibilities:

Conduct field visits to colleges / coaching institutes, and local communities.

Organize awareness campaigns, seminars, workshops, and promotional activities.

Generate student leads and maintain a lead database.

Counsel prospective students about available courses and career opportunities.

Coordinate with the counseling and admissions team for student follow-ups.

Build relationships with educational institutions and local organizations.

Achieve monthly lead generation and admission targets.

Submit daily field activity and lead generation reports.

Eligibility:

Graduate or Undergraduate (Any Stream)

Freshers and experienced candidates can apply.

Good communication and interpersonal skills.

Willingness to travel locally for visits.

Basic knowledge of MS Office and smartphone applications.

Skills Required:

Excellent communication skills

Convincing and presentation skills

Field marketing experience (preferred)

Team player with a positive attitude

Target-oriented approach

Salary:

Rs.30,000/- per month + Incentives (Depending on experience)

Working Days :

Monday to Saturday

Working Hours :

10:00 AM to 7:00 PM

Job Location:

As per company requirement ( travelling in Mumbai )
