Job Description
We are looking for an ambitious, articulate, and proactive Marketing & Business Development Manager to help build strategic partnerships with leading corporates across India. The role focuses on introducing our Corporate Innovation Programs, enabling established businesses to discover emerging startups, solve real-world business challenges, and explore new technologies through collaborative innovation.
Key Responsibilities
- Corporate Prospecting: Identify and research potential corporate partners across industries, including their innovation priorities and business challenges.
- CXO Outreach: Connect with CEOs, CTOs, Strategy Heads, Innovation Heads, and senior decision-makers through LinkedIn, email, and calls.
- Business Development: Pitch Spotlight's corporate innovation, incubation, and startup collaboration programs to prospective partners.
- Meeting Generation: Schedule qualified meetings with corporate decision-makers for the leadership team.
- Proposal Development: Support the preparation of customized partnership proposals, presentations, and corporate innovation use cases.
- Pipeline Management: Maintain a structured CRM, track outreach, follow-ups, meetings, and partnership opportunities.
