Job Description
* Dispatch & Delivery: Coordinate daily dispatch of plastic moulds and finished goods to clients safely and on time.
* Vendor Management: Maintain strong relationships with transporters, courier services, and local vendors to negotiate competitive freight rates.
* Documentation: Prepare and manage critical logistics paperwork, including Delivery Challans, Invoices, Packing Lists, and E-Way bills.
* Inventory Control: Track incoming raw materials and outgoing finished stocks to ensure accurate inventory levels in the warehouse.
* Tracking & Reporting: Monitor shipments in transit, resolve delivery delays, and update the management team on delivery statuses.
🎯 Ideal Candidate Profile
* Prior experience in manufacturing logistics (plastic or engineering industry is a plus).
* Basic hands-on knowledge of Excel, ERP software, and generating E-Way bills.
* Good communication skills to coordinate effectively with drivers, clients, and internal teams.
* Proactive problem-solver who can handle fast-paced dispatch schedules.
