Job Description

Installation, commissioning, and configuration of ATM machines.

Diagnose and resolve hardware and software issues in ATMs.

Perform preventive and breakdown maintenance activities.

Replace and repair ATM components such as card readers, cash dispensers, receipt printers, sensors, and power supplies.

Coordinate with banks and internal teams for issue resolution.

Ensure ATM uptime as per SLA requirements.

Conduct routine health checks and maintenance visits.

Maintain service records, call reports, and inventory records.

Handle ATM cash dispenser, passbook printer, and kiosk-related issues.

Support site relocation, ATM deployment, and de-installation activities.

Follow all safety and compliance guidelines during field operations.
