Maintenance Executive

Job Title: AMC Executive 

Location: Kandivali East, Mumbai

Working Days: Monday to Saturday

Working Hours: 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM

Job Summary:

Company is looking for an AMC Executive / Coordinator to manage maintenance contracts, service schedules, client communication, quotations, documentation, and billing support, ensuring smooth operations and customer satisfaction.

• Key Responsibilities:Coordinate AMC activities, technician schedules, and preventive maintenance.
• Track service requests, breakdown calls, and service completion.
• Prepare quotations for AMC renewals, breakdowns, and additional work.
• Follow up with clients for approvals, renewals, and payments-related documentation.
• Coordinate with technicians, vendors, and procurement teams.
• Maintain AMC contracts, service reports, and customer records.
• Support billing and prepare MIS reports on service calls, renewals, and project status.
• Monitor pending activities and resolve client issues.
• Required Skills:Knowledge of AMC operations and service coordination.
• Proficiency in MS Excel, Word, and other MS Office tools.
• Good communication, client handling, and follow-up skills.
• Strong organizational, multitasking, and problem-solving abilities.
• ERP/CRM knowledge is preferred.
• Educational Qualification:Engineering diploma or degree in Electrical, Mechanical, or Electronics is preferred.

ExperienceMinimum 3 years in AMC coordination, service operations, or maintenance support. Experience in fire safety, HVAC, electrical maintenance, or facility management will be preferred.
