Salary Range: ₹25,000 – ₹30,000 per month

Office Timing: Monday to Saturday, 9:30 to 6:00 pm

JOB SUMMARY

The IT Engineer will be responsible for managing IT infrastructure, providing technical support, troubleshooting hardware/software issues, maintaining networks and security, and ensuring smooth day-to-day IT operations.

Roles & Responsibilities

• Install, configure, maintain, and troubleshoot computers, laptops, printers, and other IT equipment.
• Manage LAN/WAN, Wi-Fi, routers, switches, VPN, and basic network troubleshooting.
• Provide technical support to employees and resolve hardware/software issues.
• Manage user accounts, email IDs, Office 365/Outlook, software installations, and system updates.
• Maintain antivirus, data backup, IT security, and basic server operations. Maintain IT assets, documentation, and service records.
• Provide support for ERP, CRM, CCTV, biometric systems, and other office applications.
• Coordinate with external IT vendors for AMC, repairs, procurement, and technical support. Ensure smooth and uninterrupted day-to-day IT operations.

Technical Skills

• Good knowledge of Windows, basic Linux, hardware, and troubleshooting.
• Basic networking knowledge including LAN/WAN, Wi-Fi, routers, switches, and VPN.
• Experience with Office 365, Outlook, antivirus, and backup tools.
• Knowledge of CCTV, biometric systems, ERP/CRM, and basic server operations.
• Good problem-solving and communication skills.
