Job Description
Job Summary:
The Customer Care Associate is responsible for providing excellent customer service, assisting customers with product selection, driving sales, maintaining store presentation standards, and ensuring a positive shopping experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Welcome and assist customers in the store.
- Understand customer needs and recommend suitable products.
- Achieve sales and customer service targets.
- Promote loyalty programs and ongoing offers.
- Maintain merchandise displays and store cleanliness.
- Handle customer queries, billing, exchanges, and returns.
- Support stock replenishment and inventory activities.
Requirements:
- Minimum 12th Pass; Graduate preferred.
- 0-2 years of retail/customer service experience (Freshers can apply).
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Customer-focused with a positive attitude.
- Willingness to work in rotational shifts.
