Internatioal Outbound Sales Executive

Brief

We are looking for experienced Sales Agents / Marketing Executives with strong communication and cold-calling skills to join our team. The ideal candidate should be confident, persuasive, target-oriented, and experienced in converting cold leads into customers.

Job Summary

The Marketing Executive will be responsible for making outbound calls to dog and cat grooming salons across the United States and introducing them to the Groomit Marketplace.

Groomit Marketplace is an online marketplace and directory where pet grooming businesses can create their listings and increase their visibility to potential customers looking for grooming services. 

The primary objective of this role is to contact grooming salons, explain the benefits of joining the marketplace, and successfully sign them up for a directory listing so they can receive potential customer leads.

Key Responsibilities

Make outbound cold calls to dog and cat grooming salons in the USA.

Introduce and explain the Groomit Marketplace and its benefits.

Identify business owners or decision-makers and engage them in a professional conversation.

Explain how a marketplace listing can help grooming salons increase their online visibility and generate potential leads.

Handle questions, objections, and concerns professionally.

Follow up with interested prospects and convert them into registered listings.

Maintain accurate records of calls, follow-ups, and conversions.

Consistently achieve assigned daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.

Build a strong pipeline of prospective businesses through outbound calling and follow-ups.

Provide feedback on common customer objections, requirements, and market response.

Requirements

Prior experience in outbound sales, telecalling, telesales, business development, or lead generation.

Excellent spoken English and strong communication skills.

Comfortable making a high volume of outbound calls.

Strong persuasion, negotiation, and objection-handling skills.

Ability to speak confidently with business owners and decision-makers.

Target-oriented and self-motivated.

Good follow-up and relationship-building skills.

Basic computer skills and familiarity with CRM or sales management systems.

Experience selling to customers or businesses in the USA will be an advantage.

Experience with cold calling is strongly preferred.
